WWVB will be operating at 1/2 power (35 kW) during the daylight hours on weekdays from September 14, 2009 until about January 1, 2010.  The station will be undergoing maintenance during this period.  The station will continue to operate at full power (70 kW) during evenings and weekends during the maintenance period.

During normal operation, the 60 kHz signal from WWVB is transmitted 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The table includes periods since January 1, 2006 when the signal was off or intermittent for more than 5 minutes.
